OUR SHAREHOLDING

ACSA is a state-owned company incorporated under Schedule 2 of the Public Finance Management Act and operates within the framework of the Companies Act. Our shareholders include the South African government, represented by the Minister of Transport as the majority shareholder, the Public Investment Corporation, five empowerment investors, and the employee share incentive scheme.
